The Newark Is a College Town Career Fair will take place on Wednesday, February 1, 2006 from 2:00 PM. to 6:00 PM at the Robert Treat Hotel Grand Ballroom in Newark, New Jersey.

*In the event of inclement weather on the day of the event, you may call 973-353-5311 or 973-596-3227 to check on the status of this event. An alternative date of February 8 will be utlized only if the weather warrants a postponement.

A unique career fair showcasing the talented students and alumni from four institutions of higher education within the City of Newark, New Jersey.

This exclusive and innovative event will incorporate students from Essex County College, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Rutgers University-Newark, and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Candidates participating will be of varying degree levels and academic disciplines including architecture, business, engineering, information technology, law, the arts, social and behavioral science and natural and life sciences.

Participating employers will encounter a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates interested in internships, cooperative education opportunities, as well as entry-level professional positions.
